kill two birds with one stone...

or one card for two challenges!!! I usually prefer to make a unique card for each challenge i don't know why but in my mind this seems more fair. When time is not enough i try to combine as i did this time. The Channa's challenge of Get Creative for October was to make a card any shape BUT square! As i was thinking what shape to go for i saw this week challenge of fantabulous cricut "Pumpkin time". This would be a real challenge, i thought , a pumpkin shape card! You see i might have cricut but i don't have gypsy....With the cartridge "strech your imagination" i cut a shadow pumpkin as a pattern...then i fold an ivory cardstock in half and with the help of the pattern i draw the pumpkin on the cardstock...scissors + patience= a pumkin shape card! The decoration of the card was easy and simple!

Although here in Greece we don't celebrate Halloween (lately we live in a constant Halloween with all the problems that our country face...) the idea of this holiday is so cute and appealing!!! "So trick or treat" from Greece :)
